How it Works
1. Sign Up
Complete a questionnaire telling us a little about yourself.
When we have a study that is a match, we will follow-up with next steps. If you are invited to participate, we will schedule you for a session with a Glooko researcher. Privacy is critical and everything we discuss during the session is confidential.
- Usability study at our Mountain View, CA office. If you are in the Bay Area, we might invite you to meet 1:1 with a Glooko researcher, who’ll ask you some questions, have you use Glooko or try out something new we are working on.
- Remote usability study: We can use screen-sharing and video chat using a high-speed Internet connection to meet with a Glooko researcher.
- Field study: Have a Glooko researcher come to your home or office so that you can show us how you manage diabetes in your own environment. We’ll never come unannounced – we’ll always discuss the study details and make an appointment.
3. Get a Thank You Gift
We recognize that your time is valuable and will show our appreciation with a small thank you gift like a gift card or a donation to a diabetes related charity. (We’ll always tell you what the reward is before you decide whether to participate.)
