Glooko Outcomes: Retrospective Study
Does using a mobile health solution help people with diabetes achieve better outcomes? This retrospective study explores this question and finds that people who use the Glooko Mobile App to self manage improve their average blood glucose levels and estimated A1c; they also significantly increase their frequency of testing their blood glucose values. Research has shown that improvements in average blood glucose can greatly reduce risk of diabetes complications1 and increases in self-monitored blood glucose enhance glycemic control.2,3
