Mobile App Update: New Devices and New Navigation
With the Glooko Mobile App for iPhone and Android, people with diabetes have access to their diabetes data on the go. Every couple of months, we release an app update to improve your Glooko experience. Here’s what you can expect from the new Glooko Mobile App:
New Device Support
The Glooko Mobile App is compatible with 50+ diabetes devices including the blood glucose meters, insulin pumps, CGMs, or fitness/biometrics trackers that you use on a daily basis. Sync one or all of your diabetes devices to get a full picture of how the foods you eat or the medications you take have an impact on your blood sugar patterns. The Glooko Mobile App is jam-packed with features to help you add lifestyle events and view your blood sugar reports and graphs. With so many features available to see on a small smartphone screen, we wanted to make it easier for you to find them! The new Glooko Mobile App includes a new navigation to help you more easily locate where to add notes about medication and exercise, as well as access the built-in food database to help you automatically add up your carb intake. Additionally, we are bringing our graphs more upfront so you can see your blood sugar history and trends at the touch of a button.
Does your health system, payer, or employer use Glooko to help you manage your diabetes in-between appointment visits? If yes, chances are that you are sponsored by your healthcare organization and can use Glooko for free! In that case, we have made it easier for you to get set up on Glooko by giving you the ability to sign up and activate your sponsored account on the Glooko Mobile App. No need to use your computer! Simply download the Glooko Mobile App, click ‘Sign Up’, and fill out the form to activate your account and select your Glooko sync cables (if needed).
How do I get the Glooko Mobile App?
For current users: if you have automatic updates set up on your smartphone, you will automatically get the new Glooko Mobile App! Otherwise, go to your App Store, find Glooko in your list of downloaded apps, and click to update.
