About Glooko

Vision

GlookoTM is an innovative Silicon Valley startup with a unique solution for people with diabetes. Our products enable users with smartphones to easily collect and view the information needed to help them successfully control their blood glucose levels. Users download blood glucose meter results to a smartphone and obtain insight into the effect their daily activities have on these numbers.

Our mission is helping people with diabetes live life while effortlessly managing their diabetes.

The Glooko team includes many persons with diabetes and those whose lives have been touched by others with this disease.  We are developing products all of us at Glooko with diabetes would love to use daily -- products that will meet the needs of people with diabetes worldwide.

Yogen Dalal
Co-founder & Chairman

Technologist, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist.  At Xerox he worked on the Star workstation and the Ethernet specification -- see his blog Ethernet History. PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford where he co-authored the first TCP Spec.

Sundeep Madra
Co-founder

Co-founder of Xtreme Labs, a leading developer of web, social media and mobile applications. Before Xtreme Labs, he was Chief Technical Officer at Spongefish Inc. Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa.

Anita Mathew
Co-founder, VP Business Development

Experienced diabetes health-care marketing executive. Leverages 10+ years at J&J. She led the marketing launch for several OneTouch blood glucose meters. MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue.

Endocrinologist. M.D. from Harvard Medical School, Fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism and former clinical faculty at Stanford University School of Medicine. Chair, Institutional Review Board and former Chief of Medicine, El Camino Hospital, Mountain View, CA.
